Weekly Link Love - It’s About Wine Time Edition

image

I did it! I’ve managed to not drink a single drop of alcohol for 30 days! Yes, that may not seem like a huge accomplishment to some of you, but it means I’ve completed my first of three 30-day challenges for the year and I’m pretty darn proud of myself. I’ll do a full post all about my experience next week.

In other news, not only was it International Women’s Day yesterday (woot! go ladies!) it was also my dad and uncle’s birthdays. I wonder what they think about having their birthday on this holiday? Well, I’m sure my dad is fine with it considering he’s surrounded by women all the time with my mom, me, and my two sisters.

In some other, other news, my parent’s cat passed away yesterday. We were all supposed to celebrate my dad’s birthday last night but instead my parents had to rush our cat to the animal hospital, and unfortunately it didn’t make it. We had Leo for over 10 years and he was seriously the sweetest, cutest, most low-maintenance ginger cat ever and I’ll miss him so much.

Alright, on a lighter note, here are some of my favourite posts of the week:
